    Six focused workflows

Make the work easier to see.

A notice, a chart, and a denial decision each tell part of the story. The Navigator helps your team organize those pieces into a readiness plan and working drafts for review.

    Understand the notice

Sort the type of review, identify the next step, and build an action plan with owners, evidence needs, and deadlines to verify.

    Connect the evidence

Map the wound-care episode over time: treatment history, measurements, clinical rationale, and gaps that need provider validation.

    Find risks and plan corrections

Create a candid internal review of record vulnerabilities and corrective actions while preserving the original documentation.

    Prepare a focused response

Organize a reviewer-facing response framework around the requested record, longitudinal evidence, and issues that need human review.

    Compare denial rationales

Track what changed between decisions, what was addressed, and what remains unresolved before preparing the next response.

    Plan the appeal pathway

Identify evidence and preparation needs for later stages, with a qualitative outlook grounded in the available information.

Internal risk analysis and reviewer-facing drafts serve different purposes. The Navigator keeps them distinct while emphasizing a complete requested record, accurate citations, and transparent corrections.

    Start with your question

You can prepare without uploading records.

Install the Navigator in ChatGPT, then begin with a blank checklist or a practice-level workflow description. Try one of these example prompts to get started.

    Before a notice arrives

Help our small wound-care practice prepare for a Medicare audit without uploading patient records.

    When a notice arrives

Triage this de-identified Medicare notice and build a readiness plan for deadlines, owners, and evidence.

    Before the next appeal

Compare these abstracted denial rationales and show what to prepare before the next appeal level.

    Before using the public edition

Keep patient information out of the chat.

Use de-identified or synthetic information only. Removing a name alone does not establish de-identification. Do not provide patient records, protected health information, credentials, or other restricted information.

The plugin itself does not connect to an Arclight server or send conversations or files to Arclight. OpenAI processes entered content under your applicable agreement, workspace configuration, and data controls. Other enabled tools and user-directed sharing may have separate data flows.

Human review remains part of the work.

The Navigator supports educational, organizational, and drafting-readiness work. It does not submit appeals, determine coverage, provide legal or clinical advice, or guarantee an outcome.

Verify deadlines, filing instructions, authorities, citations, and factual statements against the actual notice, current official sources, and original record. Provider validation, compliance review, an appeals specialist, or qualified healthcare counsel may be needed.

Can I use it with identifiable records?

The public edition is limited to de-identified or synthetic information. Identifiable-record work requires a separately approved eligible environment, applicable agreements including a business associate agreement where required, and appropriate safeguards. A BAA alone does not approve every feature, plugin, connector, or workflow. Arclight’s BAA and security controls do not cover your public plugin chat.

A later professional engagement, required authorizations and agreements, and approved secure intake must be arranged separately before identifiable information is shared. Arclight is not a law firm.

Does the plugin file an appeal for me?

No. It helps organize preparation and working drafts. Final record verification, authorized filings, submission, and tracking remain in your approved workflow.

How do I install the Navigator?

Open the Arclight Readiness Navigator listing in ChatGPT and select “Install plugin.” After installation, start with one of the example prompts above using de-identified or synthetic information only.
